Rules and regulations

  1. Strictly regularity, implicit obedience, courtesy in speech and conduct, cleanliness of dress and person are expected.
  2. The tuition fee for the year must be paid in two terms before 30th June and 2nd term before 30th November without fail.
  3. Punctuality and regular attendance is insisted upon. No leave of absence is granted except on previous written leave application to the class teacher and must be duly signed by the parents or guardians. Leave will be granted only for serious reasons. No oral messages will be attended to. 
  4. Every child is excepted to be in the school before the school starts. Once the bell rings and the classes begins, the school gates will be closed.
  5. No child who is late for school will be admitted to class without the signature of parents and Principal in her/his Late Arrival Record in the School Diary.
  6. At the reopening of school after holidays a penalty fee of Rs. 50.00 per day will be levied on absentees. In case of illness a medical certificate should be produced.
  7. Within school premises the pupils are expected to speak in only English language.
  8. Progress card will not be sent home. The parents have to come to the school, check and discuss the progress of the student with the class teacher on the open-day (PTM) and sign it in the school itself. 
  9. The school is not responsible for books, clothes or other articles that are lost. Pupils are forbidden to wear gold or costly ornaments to the school.
  10. No pupil is allowed to bring magazines, news papers, mobile phones, smart watches into the class room that are not approved by the school. All such materials will be immediately confiscated.
  11. Pupils are strictly forbidden to write any remarks on the walls or any part of the school premises or furniture. Any pupil found doing so will be liable for punishment.
  12. The library books are issued once a week. They should be returned within 6 days. A fine of Rs. 50.00 on every book will be levied per day, if they are not returned in time.
  13. Pupils are expected to make good the damages done to the furniture and library books.
  14. The class rooms are reserved for study and must not be utilized for recreation purpose. Pupils are expected to keep order and strict silence when they go from one class to another or for P.E. class.
  15. When the teacher enters the class room the pupils shall stand up and remain standing till the teacher takes the seat or desires them to do so.
  16. Pupils are strictly forbidden to entre the staff room or the office room without permission.
  17. Pupils are forbidden to throw papers on the floor of the class rooms or the compound. Waste papers must be put into the dust bins provided at different locations of the premises.
  18. Pupils are expected to behave respectfully in all places and at all times remembering that the honour of the school depends on their behaviour not only in the school but also in their home and in public.
  19. The permission of the Principal is required for the following:

  • To leave the school premises during working hours
  • To make a collection for any purpose
  • To arrange for a meeting, picnic, excursion, party, etc.
  • To impose fines
  • To take part in any function or tournament conducted outside the school

school office working hours:

Forenoon : 10.00am  to 12.50pm

Afternoon : 01.20pm  to 04.15pm

Saturday : 10.00am  to 01.00 pm
